These pristine modern apartments with swimming pool are situated 15 km from Chania, near to the village of Stavros. They are set in a well-maintained building, and very pretty landscaped gardens, 500 metres from the seashore and 1,5 km from the sandy beach of Stavros. All of the apartments are airy and spacious and are tastefully decorated in a comfortable well-equipped style.   The complex comprises apartments of the following types:   Type A: Four studios (28-30sqm) for 2-3 people with one twin bed/living room, kitchenette, shower/WC and balcony or terrace.
		Type B: Five apartments (35sqm) for 2-4 people with one twin bedroom, living/dining area with one double sofa bed, kitchenette, shower/WC and balcony or terrace.   Type C: Five apartments (52sqm) for 4-6 people with two twin bedrooms, kitchenette, living/dining area with one or two extra camp beds, shower/WC and balcony or terrace.   Type D: One apartment (65sqm) for 6-7 people with three twin bedrooms, living/dining area with sofa bed, kitchenette, two shower/WC and balcony or terrace.
Facilities include a swimming pool with children’s end, pool bar, a beautiful stone tiled barbecue area, breakfast room (breakfast is not included), modern reception area and a small pleasantly decorated lounge with TV. Most of the apartments offer sea views and all of the apartments are supplied with air conditioning (included in the price), microwave, radio, telephone, TV, electric kettle and toaster. Provision has been made in two of the ground floor studios, for clients with wheel chairs. A local bus service to Chania is available and tavernas and mini market are located 1 km away. Car hire is recommended.
