Syrenes Villas

These two lovely villas stand on the top of a hill amidst a cluster of private villas. Commanding stunning views on all sides, from the mountain to the sea and across the peninsula of Kolimbari. Here one can enjoy particularly beautiful views at sunset or towards Chania itself and taking in beaches of the Akrotiri peninsula.

These modern and comfortable villas offer a choice of open or covered terraces for sunbathing by the swimming pool, outside dining by the barbeque or simply for relaxing and enjoying the view. Both villas have three bedrooms and are suitable for 6-8 people. On the ground floor there is a pretty open plan living / dining room with two sofa beds and a well equipped kitchen area, further there is one twin bedroom and one shower/WC. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one double bedroom with en suite Jacuzzi shower room and one twin bedroom with en suite Jacuzzi bathroom, both opening into balconies. All bedrooms have air conditioning. Outside there is sun terrace and a swimming pool (35sqm) replete with children pool, sun beds and umbrellas and a barbecue area or simply for relaxing and enjoying the views.
