Mare Nostrum Villas are located at Loutraki bay a magnificent place with young gardens and colourful flowers, just 10 km from the city of Chania , ten minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from the harbour of  Souda. Mare Nostrum villas is a complex which consists of modern buildings, designed in a way to provide all the modern accommodations.

A: Two villas are suitable for up to 14 people, with 6 bedrooms 3 on the first floor and 3 on the ground floor, all of which are air-conditioned, with double beds and en-suite bath/WC. Washing machine is also available with ironing board. Two of the bath/WC have a sauna one on each floor. On each floor there is also a fully equipped kitchen and a large living room with a fireplace and TV. Next to the ground floor there is an extra studio for 2 people with one double bed, air-conditioning, living area with kitchenette and en-suite bath/WC.

On the same level with the first floor is a large swimming pool with children’s area and barbeque area. There is a spacious roofed terrace with outdoor big dining table and patio furniture.

B: Two villas are suitable for 6-8 people with 3 bedrooms, all of which are air-conditioned, with double beds and en-suite bath/WC. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and a large living room with fireplace and TV. Next to the ground floor there is an extra studio for 2 people with one double bed, air-conditioning, living area with kitchenette and en-suite bath/WC.

Large verandas around the villas have excellent views to the Loutraki bay and it is possible to reach it within only 30m, by a private path. The design of Mare Nostrum Villas has been made in such a way that all the villas are completely independent and autonomous. Furthermore they are built in a location of rare beauty that combines perfectly sea and mountains views. Mare Nostrum villas include a magnificent fish taverna promising you delicious local meals.

A larger variety of shops and tavernas can be found in the nearby village of Marathi, and in the town of Chania. The wonderful position and glorious views offer the best setting for a wonderful holiday. We do consider a car to be essential.
