These two newly built houses are situated in the end of the village of Kalamitsi, approx. 4km from the beach village of Georgioupolis and 27km from both Chania and Rethymno. They are set approx.10m apart and each has a private swimming pool and BBQ area.

Each house has two bedrooms and can accommodate 4-5 people. Entering the house there is the living room with an open fireplace, TV and a sofa bed. Through a wide stone arc one enters the well equipped kitchen (oven, fridge, coffee machine, electric kettle, dining table). Further there are the two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with twin beds, and a bathroom/WC.

The nearest tavern and mini market are about 150m away. A larger variety of shops and entertainment as well as the sandy beach can be found in Georgioupolis.

Car hire is essential.
