Villa Spiros is an attractive modern 175sqm house situated on the south coast, about 1 km from Agia Galini. The house is built on three levels, set in 5000sqm grounds and is suitable for 6-8 people.

The main entrance to the villa is on the first floor level. The ground floor consists of a living room with sofa, TV with local channels, a stone fireplace, a large fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom/WC. The living area opens onto a large garden veranda. On the first floor there is another open plan fully equipped kitchen which includes a big dining table for 8 people, with a further living area, and another bathroom/WC, a bedroom with twin beds and a large balcony offering beautiful views of the surrounding hills, olive trees and the sea.

The top floor has one more bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom/WC en-suite, and a large balcony with even loftier views. Next to the bathroom on this floor there is a washing machine. On the top floor balcony there is also a portable BBQ for your use. The owners have created an attractive sitting area here, which is decorated with local craftwork. All three floors are connected with interior staircases and air conditioning is available.

The nearest sand and shingle beach is 800 metres away, while a large variety of shops and tavernas can be found in the centre of the pretty steeply terraced village of Agia Galini. We consider a car to be essential.
