This restored stone built country house is situated in the centre of the village of Kalamitsi Amygdali, approx. 4 km from the lively beach village of Georgioupolis, and 27 km from both Chania and Rethymno.

The house consists of two storeys, each having an apartment suitable for up to 5 people. Each apartment has its own individual entrance. In the gardens of the house there is a 32-sqm swimming pool with sun beds, and a stone built barbeque.

Each apartment has two bedrooms, one double and the other with three single beds, as well as a sitting place with fireplace and TV attached to the kitchen/dining area.

The ground floor apartment, about 80 sqm in size, has a full size cooker and a shower/WC with washing machine. On the ground floor there is a sun terrace. The upper floor apartment is occupied by the owner’s son.

The nearest taverna and a mini market are about 150 m away. A larger variety of shops and entertainment, as well as the sandy beach can be found in Georgioupolis. Car hire is essential.
