The pavilion and the barbecue area make an ideal meeting point for guests while the children can be happily occupied at the children’s playground.

Air conditioning is available at an extra charge, and there are three different types of apartments:

A: Ten apartments (30sqm) in Irene I and Irene II for 2-3 people. Each has a living/dining room with one single bed or a sofa bed. Also there is a fully equipped kitchenette, TV, fan and heating. There is a bedroom with twin beds, shower/WC, and a balcony or terrace with sea- or side sea views.

B: Two apartments (45sqm) in Irene I for 2-4 people. They have a large living/dining room with fireplace, a single bed and a sofa bed, TV, fan and heating and fully equipped kitchenette. There is a bedroom with twin beds, a bathroom with bath or shower/WC, and a balcony or terrace with sea- or side sea views.

C: Four maisonettes (45sqm) in Irene II for 2-4 people. They have a large living/dining room with one single bed, a sofa bed, kitchenette and fan. There is a gallery bedroom with twin beds, shower/WC, and balcony or terrace with sea- or side sea views.

The road is about 25m from the house, where the bus stop is located, offering a regular service to Ierapetra. On the other side of the road is the long (1500 metres) beach of Ierapetra. The nearest tavernas are 300 metres away, one of which is popular for fresh fish. Shops, bars and tavernas can be found in Ierapetra, 800 metres away.
