The villa is on a country slip road leading to the fishing village of Panormos. It is situated approx. 500m from west of Panormo village and its two sandy beaches.

The villa has five bedrooms (one with double bed and the others with twin beds) and can accommodate up to 10 people. It is double glazed throughout for your extra comfort. Front entrance leads to the sitting room with TV. The kitchen is large with fireplace and a big dining table. It is also equipped with a full size cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and all necessary utensils, small electric appliances and a washing machine. Three bedrooms are on the ground floor with access to the garden and pool; two bedrooms are on the first floor with a balcony overlooking the garden and the beautiful country side of Crete. All bedrooms have air conditioning (extra local charge) and TV. There are also two bathrooms with big bathtubs, one with Jacuzzi.

Please note that to reach one bedroom on the ground floor you have to walk through the other bedroom.

The swimming pool is approx.40sqm and the garden has an old and original stone built BBQ, patio furniture including parasols and sun loungers. To the side of the house is also a wood burning oven built into the stone wall.
Sandy beach, taverns, super markets and other facilities can be found in Panormos. The smaller beach has a quaint fishing harbour and some boats offer daily trips and excursions to the other side of the village. Separated by a host of taverns is the bigger beach, offering water sports and a tavern directly on the beach. Rethymno with its Venetian harbour and the restored old town is only 18km away.
