This attractive newly built two-storey house is situated approx. 2 km from the popular seaside village of Plakias and 2 km from the Bay of Souda.

It is quietly set within large grounds, surrounded by olive trees, and consists of 4 apartments, each 60sqm in size and suitable for 2-4 people. All apartments are spacious and tastefully decorated; they have one bedroom with double bed and living/dining area with twin sofa bed, as well as a kitchenette and shower/WC or bath/WC. Two of the apartments have attractive open fireplaces for cooler spells. All apartments have balconies with breathtaking views of the sea below. Air conditioning is available in all apartments at an extra charge. There is a small pebble beach about 800 metres away and the nearest taverna can be found approx. 1400m away. Shops, bars, tavernas and other amenities can be found in Plakias. This is a very pretty spot for guests looking for a relaxing holiday in peaceful surroundings with great sea views. Due to the hillside position, car hire is recommended.
