		Itinerary
Day 1		Depart Athens in the morning and the first stop will be at the village of Delphi. Here you will have two hours at leisure to stroll in the picturesque village, enjoy the breathtaking scenery from the slopes of Mount Parnassos down to Itea on the coast, and enjoy a Greek coffee. Leave for Kalambaka through the villages of Central Greece. Dinner and overnight in Kalambaka.
Day 2		Visit Meteora - these gigantic rocks have been etched by time into a variety of shapes; grey stalagmites rising towards the sky, they appear as nature's gift to the pious who, driven by faith, opted for solitude and a life of worship.The monasteries with their wooden galleries crown the summits of these formidable pinnacles. Precariously hanging over the sinister abyss these hermitages form one of the most truly breathtaking sights on earth. All contain priceless historical and religious treasures. Return to Athens via Trikala, Lamia, Thermopylae and Kamena Vourla.
		Please note that the visit to the archaeological site and museum at Delphi is not included.
