Full payment required if within 11 weeks of travel date.

We offer an easy payment facility whereby you can pay off a little here and there during the year* in as many payments as you wish, as long as the trip is paid off by the due date. Some of our customers prefer to do it this way; others prefer to pay it off in one go when the balance is due - it's entirely up to you!

Itinerary

Your flight to Lapland will depart at approximately 10 am.

Upon your arrival into Rovaniemi Airport in Lapland, your tour guide will be waiting to transfer you to the idyllic resort of Luosto, a small ski village largely unspoilt by the modern world.

On arrival in resort you'll receive your thermal snow suits and boots and settle into your choice of accommodation (traditional log cabin, hotel room or luxury villa). Why not enjoy some tobogganing or a drink in the bar prior to the welcome dinner.

After breakfast this morning your guide will be waiting to take you on the search for Santa. Have you remembered the actions to the Elf Song? Join in, as you make your way to a secret location where you might find Santa.

Perhaps Tricky Dicky, the joker, will be there to meet you - he might provide clues to Santa's whereabouts or even play a trick on you! Perhaps the reindeer know where Santa is as they pull the sleigh through the forest. You may see Elves sorting the mail at the Magical Post Office unless they are busy helping Santa with the dispatch of thousands of presents in time for Christmas Day.

Back in Luosto dinner awaits.

The long wait is over - it's Christmas Day!

Following breakfast you'll continue your search for Santa. We know that Santa and his trusty reindeer were working hard to deliver presents across the globe last night, so hopefully we will find him at home today.

Your furry friends and the snowmobiles will once again transport you until you discover the great man. Will Noisy Nod or Speedy Sam provide the final clue to Santa's hideaway? Children will be mesmerised when they finally meet Santa in his home, close to Luosto, and they will be thrilled to receive their gift from him in person. Lunch will be provided at one of the outdoor locations.

This evening relax and enjoy a traditional Christmas spread.

Boxing Day is traditionally a day of rest in Lapland however a shuttle bus transfer will be available to an activity location where some of the Elves will be on hand to play games with the children. Snowmobiles will be available as well as reindeer. Lunch will be served at the location.

Back in resort why not enjoy a sauna or relax with a drink at the Luostonhovi Bar & Restaurant. A buffet dinner will be available in Luosto, your final evening in this magical winter wonderland.

Enjoy a hearty buffet breakfast at the restaurant before spending the morning enjoying the resort's facilities. If you are feeling energetic try some skiing or snowboarding (local charges apply) or head to the toboggan slope.

Lunch will be provided in Luosto before it’s time to say a fond farewell to Lapland and your new friends Snowy Bowy, Noisy Nod, Tricky Dicky, Speedy Sam and Wendy Wood. There may be an opportunity to purchase a momento of your visit to Lapland en route to Rovaniemi Airport.

Your return flight will land in the UK at approximately 7pm.
