We therefore provide full financial security and assistance should any part of your holiday not happen entirely to plan. If you were to assemble your holiday yourself you may not have this sort of protection.

Behind its "gateway to heaven" (translation of Bab Firdaus) you will discover the beauty, refinement and intimite nature of a private house but with facilities and service of a world class 5 stars 'boutique' hotel. The traditional architecture of the riad built around 2 courtyards has been entirely renovated respecting the typical Moroccan art. It is a jewel with its engraved plasterworks on walls and arches, its cedar woodworks on ceilings and massive carved doors, giving an incomparable Moorish decorative and authentic charm.

Located In a very quiet street opening on to a parking area. On the left hand, a few meters away, are the Palais Bahia and El Badi. On the right hand, the famous Djemaa El Fna square that you reach in few minutes walking through the colourful Riad Zitoune quarter.

Accommodation:

The stylish, light and airy rooms (4) and luxurious suites (3) are accessible through large galleries and are finely decorated; each with its own design theme drawn from Moorish decorative art. They are all equipped with very comfortable king-size beds, full central-heating, air-conditioning, satellite TV, direct dial phone, safe.

Each room or suite has a sumptuous bathroom with a selection of welcome products, high quality towels and bathrobes, hair-dryer and “babouches”. A 24hr room service to satisfy all your requests. Traditional Moroccan breakfast will be served either in the room, on the roof terrace or in one of the courtyards by a very attentive and
discrete staff.

Facilities:

The riad is furnished throughout with antiques and custom hand-made furniture resulting in an authentic and exceptional atmosphere. You can refresh in summer in the small pool with jet-stream (half sunken and half raised) which is a soothing presence in the main courtyard with the calming sound of water falls from the fountain at one end. Back from the souk, you can enjoy the heat of the oriental hammam and the relaxation of a traditional Moroccan massage with natural ingredients. Relaxation is also possible on the sun terrace under a parasol or under the Berber tent, admiring the unique view of the Atlas.

Two restaurants are at your disposal. Both restaurants welcome the guests of the riad Bab Firdaus as well as the visitor in its beautiful courtyard or on the roof terrace, at the Berber Grill, under its convivial berber tent. For a quick lunch or an intimate dinner, our professionally trained Chef (former Chef of the 'Palais Royal' in Rabat) will let you discover the flavours of Moroccan cuisine or his other speciality - Provençale cuisine served “à la carte”.
