There are two resorts called San Stefanos on Corfu - this one is in the north east! It is an exceptionally pretty resort with a secluded bay, lined with yachts, whitewashed buildings and across the bay, the mountains of Albania. This small fishing village has thankfully escaped the ravages of mass tourism and still retains an authentic Greek charm. It is an ideal resort for families and a romantic destination for couples.

Life goes along at a relaxed pace, perhaps lounging by the pool or on the beach. Why not hire a boat to explore the coastline or hire a car to visit Perithia, an abandoned Byzantine village, or one of the inhabited mountain villages.
