About Coroana de Aur
The Coroana de Aur Hotel (eng. Golden Crown) came into being following the visit of a group of American journalists to Bistrita who asked about the hotel and the Bargau Pass they had read about in Bram Stoker’s book. The Golden Crown Hotel is where Jonathan Harker is said to have stayed in Bistrita; this is where Bram Stoker chose as the setting for Dracula's castle.
If you are staying at the Golden Crown Hotel you can enjoy many tourist attractions such as the Evangelical Church, Andrei Muresan Memorial House, The Coopers Tower, Sugalete and nearby Castle Dracula.
