About Domaine Malika
The Domaine Malika is nestled in a large valley abundant in pine trees and olive groves, surrounded by the peaks of the High Atlas Mountains and bordering Toubkal National Park. It is just a one hour drive from Marrakech.

DINING AT DOMAINE MALIKA
One of the goals of the Domaine Malika guest house is to offer a gastronomic table d’hôte menu which showcases the host country. The cuisine at the guest house is as warm, colourful, aromatic, subtle and mysterious as the landscapes of the High Atlas. The emphasis is on local produce: vegetables from the garden, fruit from the orchard and local products from the nearby souks.
The open-air restaurant in Ouirgane Valley is a supreme delight on a summer’s evening, a candlelit dinner surrounded by olive trees and the scent of flowers and herbs. In winter, the restaurant with its fireplace offers charm and a refined elegance.
Food enthusiasts have the opportunity to take cooking classes to discover some of the chef's culinary secrets!
Fouzia will help the gourmand and the gourmet, even beginners, to discover the secrets of a subtle and succulent cuisine during a half-day cooking lesson for up to 4 people, allowing them to learn how to prepare starters, main courses and desserts, depending on the occasion. Afterwards participants get to relax and taste the dishes they prepared during the cooking class.
