The old stone house was always full of guests, they came from all corners of the world, and often they stayed longer than they had planned. Restaurant at the Hotel Milan is run exclusively by the same family for 3 generations now. The philosophy itself has been changed only slightly. The foods are classics with full respect toward basic ingredients and without excessive interventions, from simple to elaborated dishes enriched with their own olive oil, from olive trees which grow only few kilometres from hotel Milan, the aromas and flavours are always in the first place.
