About Peristil Hotel

The Peristil Hotel is located within Diocletian's Palace at Saint Domnius square where the Cathedral is to be found. The 'peristyle' is a real monument to Roman architecture, with wonderful arches, and its northern entrance once led to the Emperor’s quarters and basements.

Just 9 double rooms and 3 single rooms, all with air-conditioning and equipped with free wifi, TV, minibar, hairdryer and direct dial phone. Some rooms have a beautiful view towards the Cathedral of St. Duje and in some rooms you can even see parts of the original walls of the Palace, dating back to 300 AD!

The Tiffany Restaurant offers a variety of dishes from Dalmatian & international cuisine with an extensive wine list of local and international wines.

"The Hotel Peristil is situated within Split's walled city, and therefore transport cannot pull up outside. The Hotel staff were very helpful but there was some man handling of luggage was needed. Its also worth bearing in mind there is no lift."

"We loved the Hotel Peristil - both the location and service. However it was very hard dropping the car off there...driving the car down a tiny street filled with kiosks. Perhaps you could arrange with the hotel to have clients drop off their car either at the rental agency and then get a ride to the hotel or at the designated parking spot for the Hotel"
