About Riad Dar Sofian

The Riad Dar Sofian is surrounded by palm trees, just on the quiet edge of Zagora, set in the heart of the Zagora Palmgrove. This high quality kasbah guest house offers modern facilities in a traditional style, an outdoor pool and a delightful terrace overlooking the palmeraie.

"As I was born in Southern Morocco, I chose to settle in Zagora around 30 years ago. To celebrate the birth of my son Sofian, I built a Riad among the palm-trees next to the mountain. It was in this magical place that Sofian was lucky to begin toddling. Today, I am pleased to welcome you there." - Moulay Slimane (owner)

Reviews

"The trip was amazing, I appreciate that everything was handled for us, from the time we were met at the airport, till the time we were dropped off. There were no 'glitches' at all, everything went as planned and them some! Jamal was excellent, I don?t think you could have provided us with a better driver. Once I saw how hazardous the roads are in Morocco I was very thankful we didn?t attempt to drive it ourselves. Jamal is very patient, attention to detail, and very proactive, he thought of everything ahead of time, he is very detail oriented! Thanks again for providing us with a tour that enabled us to see everything in Morocco we were interested in, and providing us with a skilled, experienced driver that kept us safe at all times."
