The minimum reservation for our accommodation only service is 3 nights in total, although not necessarily at same property. Simply contact us by phone or email or complete one of our enquiry forms. Prices - our prices are similar to or quite often cheaper than our internet competitors or booking directly and significantly cheaper than those producing expensive brochures whilst our service, knowledge and after sales care is second to none. Security - Rediscover the World is a member of the TTA (T6816), we also hold our own ATOL bond (T7172). We therefore provide full financial security and assistance should any part of your holiday not happen entirely to plan. If you were to assemble your holiday yourself you may not have this sort of protection.

The Riad Kaiss is an intimate guest house located within the south eastern corner of the Medina, about 5 minutes from the Djemma el Fna. Entering through the modest doorway takes you into a lovingly restored riad with a peaceful flower-filled courtyard in the centre and a variety of rooms in all shapes and sizes set around it. The Kaiss is not a luxury riad but in our opinion it has all the best characteristics of any good riad, taste, style, peace and quiet, individually decorated rooms and a roof terrace with a view across the Medina.

A real treat of a riad which is spread over two buildings both with large gardens and fountains in two courtyards.

Accommodation:

Eight individually furnished and styled rooms, some on the ground floor with terraces, some without and some on the upper floors with a balcony. Plus one lavish room on the top with a private roof terrace. There are two sets of interconnecting rooms which are ideal for families.

Each if the 8 rooms are unique and have a different colour theme. All 8 rooms display unique touches – from fine Moroccan glasswork to wonderfully painted doors. Objects, collected from all over Morocco, adorn the riad and infuse it with a traditional feel.

Rooms 1 & 2 - interconnecting on 2nd floor and share a terrace, both double, although room 2 can be a twin.

Rooms 5 & 6 - interconnecting on 1st floor, both double, although room 6 can be a twin.

Rooms 7 & 8 - double bed on ground floor

Room 3 (mini-suite) - double bed with large private terrace on top floor.

Facilities:

One of the public areas has a fireplace – ideal for those cosy winter evenings spent at the riad. Upstairs the large lounge has little touches like individual reading lights on the comfy armchairs.

There is a small gym and a hammam situated below the gym at a cost of 280dh pp or 400dh for 2 persons (maximum). Relaxing massages are available at 220dh pp and manicures and pedicures are also available on request.

For those who do not wish to stray too far during the day there is a pool on the roof surrounded by sun mattresses and lunch can also be taken here with a selection of salads and sandwiches. Dinner can also be taken at the riad and can be ordered in the morning.

Transfer Time from Airport

15 minutes (private vehicle transfer); plus a short walk to the hotel from the road.
