Villa Eros
Villa Eros is located approximately 5 minutes from Kassiopi, by car. Set in an elevated position with a private, heated pool, it has wonderful views across olive groves and out to sea.
On entering the house, just off the entrance hallway, there is a very large, well equipped kitchen with dining table. A traditional style window hatch is neatly designed in the wall to open onto the main dining area in the lounge next door, accessed via the hallway. The open plan lounge area itself is combined with the dining room and is elegantly furnished with dark wood dining furniture, comfy sofas and smart furnishings and is set off by a large fireplace, for use in the cooler months. From here, patio doors lead out to a veranda overlooking the beautiful pool area and there are steps leading down to the pool. A perfect spot to sit and enjoy refreshing evening drinks after a lazy day in the sun.
Located on the ground floor are three more bedrooms, two twin and one large double, all with en suite bathrooms and balconies or verandas. An attractive staircase leads up from the dining area onto a small gallery landing on the upper floor, from where patio doors open up onto a large private veranda. A perfect spot for relaxing in the sun or to watch ships cruising by in the distance. Away from the other bedrooms, this floor also houses the master bedroom with an iron four poster bed, en suite bathroom and closet.
