The El Minzah Hotel is one of Tangier's famous hotels, this beautiful hotel was originally built in 1930 by the Marquis of Bute and is decorated in the traditional Moorish style. As you would expect for such an established hotel its location is perfect, right in the centre of town with views across the Straits of Gibraltar. Located within the Medina walls of old Tangier the El Minzah is the ideal base for seeing the sights of the city and experiencing the atmosphere of the souks simply by walking out of the hotel gates.
