Garden house is a new property set in its own large gardens. The property has its own pool and plenty of private parking. It is in a quiet location among olive groves in Valtos area of Parga. The nearest Mini-Market is approx. 200m with the beautiful Valtos beach and a selection of bars and restaruants approx. 800m. Walking from Valtos beach to Parga is approx 1 km .

The studios are large, modern, light, airy and tastefully furnished. They have a fully fitted kitchenette (separate from the main room) with coffee machine, kettle, fridge, 2 ring hob (suitable for light snacks), living area with 2 single beds, large sofa bed (suitable for 2 children or one adult), TV, Air-conditioning (included) and en-suite bathroom with shower cubicle. All studios have private patio area with outdoor table and chairs.

There is also available (free of charge) bicycles to use in the Valtos area. There is a limited number so this will be subject to availability when arriving at the property.
