The Jiannis Kanali is set in its own gardens surrounded by olive groves, just off the main road heading down to the sand and shingle beach of Valtos - a 600m walk away.
In the opposite direction is the small road passing a selection of tavernas and leading to the Venetian Castle with its spectacular views over the town and harbour of Parga. The nearest taverna is 200m away with the castle a further 400m away.
Parga can be reached from the castle down a number of steps and a small path leading to the shops and the harbour. This property is not suitable for anyone with walking difficulties or the elderly.
Facilities include an outdoor pool, Jacuzzi and sun terrace with beautiful views overlooking Valtos Beach. The property also has private parking.
The studios are light and airy with pleasant décor. All rooms have a TV, A/C, Safe deposit box and sea views. The rooms have either twin or double beds, plus an extra sofa bed for children under 12. They have a separate kitchenette, private bathroom with shower and WC.
