Edem Studios
The Edem Apartments (formerly Cypress) is a high quality small complex of five individual villas with two studios and one apartment in each; located in a very peaceful location in one of Sivota's many bays, surrounded by olive trees and enjoying uninterrupted sea views. It is a 2 minute walk (50m) to the beach and just 10-15 minutes to the harbour.
Each block contains 3 studios. The top studio is the largest and this can sleep either 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 small children. It has a fully equipped kitchen with oven and fridge/freezer and a large private balcony. Each unit has a TV.
On the ground floor of each block are two smaller studios for 2 persons with an individual patio area outside. The studios have a kitchenette with a two ring cooker and small fridge. Housekeeper is daily on site.
NB: all units have air-conditioning - small charge, payable locally.
