Set on the edge of the National Park in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty; the magnificent ski resort of Luosto provides the back drop for your holiday to Lapland. Situated above the Arctic Circle; just 90 minutes north of Rovaniemi, it is an area where peace & tranquillity prevail. One of Europe’s most sparsely populated countries; it is hard to imagine anywhere more beautiful and unspoilt than Finnish Lapland. And it is here that we can see why Santa has chosen Lapland as his homeland… a magical place, surrounded by lush pine, spruce & larch forests.

Day One

Flying from your chosen airport to Lapland, on arrival you’ll transfer to your destination, the enchanting resort of Luosto. Check into your accommodation and then enjoy some simple snow games before feasting on a welcome dinner.

It’s time for your adventures to begin as you search for Santa. As you push the boundaries of your imagination, the loyal huskies & reindeer will be your guides, forging their way through the snowy plains. Perhaps Snowy Bowy & Speedy Sam may know where Santa is today? Lunch will be provided before you resume your activities. This evening, enjoy a performance from the entertainers prior to dinner.

Day Three

Today is the perfect time to enjoy the facilities offered in resort as you relax amidst the peace & tranquillity of Luosto. If you would like to try some cross country or slalom skiing, equipment is available for hire (local charges apply). Optional excursions are available today at an additional charge, including snowmobile safaris & a husky farm visit. A buffet lunch & dinner will be served in your allocated restaurant.

You resume the search for the elusive Father Christmas. Surely today you'll meet him personally, as he knows the great lengths you have gone to find him. Travelling over prepared tracks, snowmobiles, husky dogs & reindeer, will guide the way until you find Santa’s secret home. As you meet Father Christmas in person, children will be thrilled to receive their gift & Santa will enjoy reading their letters. Lunch will be provided and a farewell dinner will be available on your return to Luosto.

For your final morning a variety of snow based activities will be available after breakfast, including the renowned tug of war competition & tobogganing. Following lunch, you say farewell to Lapland.
