The Marmont Hotel is situated right in the heart of the old vibrant city, inside the walls of the Doicletian Palace. The hotel was named after Napoleon’s commander, Marshal Augusta Frederic de Marmont, who first began building roads in Dalmatia iin the early 19th Century. That fact so deeply impressed the people that they passed on the story from generation to generation.
There are 21 double rooms, 260 square feet each, offering contemporary style with dark walnut furniture and blanched oak flooring. All rooms are air-conditioned with own thermostats, free wireless internet access, LCD TV, minibar, shower, WC.
During breakfast you can enjoy in the atmosphere of the 15th-century fortress and feel the city pulse by listening to the pleasant chatter of the local people and enjoying the refreshing air on the terrace.
