Croatia's Dalmatian Coast mixes a sunny climate with historic cities and one of the most breathtaking stretches of scenic shoreline in the whole Mediterranean. Why not rediscover the rich cultural legacy from the Greeks and Romans to the Hapsburgs and the Venetians.

SPLIT

HOTEL PARK

Today’s Split is the product of 17 centuries of building, renovating and remodelling, so that the new of today meshes with the old of yesterday. At the core of this sprawling cityscape is the palace that Emperor Diocletian built for his golden years at the turn of the 4th century. What began as an imperial residence and fortified camp is today an intriguing warren of narrow cobblestone streets, where pre-Romanesque churches live alongside Gothic chapels, histroy-filled museums abut galleries of contemporary art and delicious-smelling restaurants compete with bustling cafes for the attention of passers-by.

Wandering through the open air market or sitting on sun-warmed stone, it is easy to forget that behind the two-metre-thick walls, there is a modern, busy port. And it is that juxtaposition which lies at the very heart of Split’s charm. The mausoleum of the pagan Roman emperor evolved with time into world’s oldest Roman Catholic church.

The recently renovated hotel is completely air-conditioned and enriched with new amenities, offers 54 luxurious equipped rooms and 3 suites, a first class restaurant, conference facilities, a wellness centre and a large terrace with palm trees and real Mediterranean atmosphere. All this together with traditional hospitality and professionalism of the staff Hotel Park will become the hotel of your trust for sure.

The rooms are richly furnished, enhanced with modern technology, equipped with Internet, TV, mini bar, safe, direct telephone line and completely air-conditioned. The hotel is located in the elite part of town, next to the famous beach Bačvice (blue flag award), 10 minutes walking to the centre (Diocletian’s Palace) and 5 walking to the ferry, bus, and railway terminals.
