This two newly built villas are situated on a hillside in the picturesque and mountainous village of Vlychada. There is a magnificent view over the port of the small holiday resort Bali which is only 3 km away with its sandy beaches, mini markets, restaurants, bars and shops. This well known area is perfect for visitors seeking peace and relaxation.  

Each villa has two floors and can accommodate 6 people. On the ground floor there is a living-/dining area with a modern fireplace, Satellite TV, DVD & CD player and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, fridge, coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine.

At the same floor is also located a bedroom with one double bed and its own bathroom/WC .An internal staircase leads to the first floor and the two bedrooms, one with double and one with two single beds, and their own bathroom/WC. Each bedroom has a private balcony with view to the mountains and the blue of the Cretan sea. Each villa has central heating and air-conditioning. Outside each villa there is a big garden with patio furniture, swimming pool (62sqm) and a barbeque area.

In Bali, 3km away, you can find sandy beaches, super markets, cafes, traditional Tavernas. Rethymno is 32km and Heraklion 55km away. We consider a car to be essential.
