Falassarna Villas

 

These two stone made villas are situated on the foot of the mountain Prophete Elias, at a place called “Lagou Pigadi”. They have a great panoramic view to the Falassarna gulf and the unique sunset of the western point of Crete. Quiet, but not isolated, a unique proposal for your family or your friends.

Each three bedroom villa is 150sqm in size, can accommodate 6 people and each has its own private swimming pool (50sqm) and own entrance. On the ground floor there is an open plan living area, with fireplace, TV, dining table and well equipped kitchen, with oven, fridge, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine. From the living room a few steps leads down to one bedroom with two single beds and wooden steps lead up to the two double bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own shower/WC. Both villas are built accordingly to match their environment and the local tradition and architecture and they are fully equipped with central heating, PC, internet connection - ADSL and the necessary house equipment.

 

The nearest sandy beach is 4km away. Shops and Tavernas can be found at 400m in the village Platanos of Kissamos. The town of Chania is 40km away.
