Villa Metochi is an attractive detached house, in the hills 2 km from Rethymnon and approximately 3 km from the nearest sandy beach. It is surrounded by large grounds of 3000sqm, and is nicely positioned in gardens with colourful flowers and fruit trees. The villa, which is 100sqm in size, can accommodate 4-6 people, and has a private swimming pool of 36sqm in size.

Comfortably furnished in classical style, there is one open plan living/dining room with a double sofa bed, open fireplace, dining table, TV, telephone for incoming calls only, and a well equipped built in kitchen, which is separated off by a breakfast bar. A covered veranda offers lovely views over the sea and the swimming pool.

Further there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds, a storage room with washing machine, and shower/WC. Electric heating is available. Situated to the rear of the house, there is a traditional stone oven, and a barbecue area with patio furniture, ideal for dining Al Fresco.

Tavernas, shops and other tourist amenities can be found in Rethymnon. This house is ideal for those seeking a relaxing holiday, yet not far from a wide variety of amenities. Car hire is recommended.
