We therefore provide full financial security and assistance should any part of your holiday not happen entirely to plan. If you were to assemble your holiday yourself you may not have this sort of protection.

Heading south from Marrakech one quickly rises up from the plain into the foothills of the High Atlas; this is true Berber country and La Roseraie at Ouirgaine is located near to one such mountain community. As well as Ouirgane itself the market village of Asni and the hamlet of Moulay Brahim are within easy reach.

The hotel itself is set within 50 acres of beautifully landscaped gardens complete with the incredible scent of hundreds of roses. Look in any direction and any guest here could not fail to be impressed by the surrounding countryside, forests, snow-topped peaks and rugged valleys. Rambler, bird-watcher, artist, gardener, seclusion-seeker, no-one should be disappointed with La Roseraie’s location, facilities and atmosphere.

40 cottage-style rooms and suites scattered amongst the gardens, all with private bathroom, satellite TV and direct access to the gardens

In our opinion La Roseraie offers comfortable rather than luxurious accommodation, the hotel maintains its price based more on its extensive facilities, magnificent gardens and location.

Junior, Senior, Ambassador and Royal Suites all available at a supplement - some junior suites have their own wood burning fireplace.

Facilities:

Restaurant, bar, lounge (a cosy spot for cold winter evenings), snack bar, heated indoor and three outdoor swimming pools (one of which is heatable in winter), tennis courts, health centre (including hammam, sauna, jacuzzi, massage, gym and hydrotherapy treatment), riding and walking excursions into the mountains and around the local villages.

Extra facilities at La Roseraie

Horse-riding is approx. 150 dhs per hour, minimum 2 persons; individual lessons are 200 dhs per hour; One day's horse-riding with lunch in a Berber house is 700 dhs pp, min 2 persons.

The "Pinewood Centre" offers the following spa treatments:

Steam bath with 'scrub',  Sauna, Hydro-jet massage, Body Massage, Reflexology, Face and scalp massage, Medical gymnastic, Aqua gym.

Sessions generally last 30 minutes and include a complimentary drink.
