A Perfect way to spend a day's paddling.

Sea kayaking at Zlarin Island starts at the Zablace camp. After a short introduction to paddling, you'll start the expedition to the island of Zlarin, only 2  kilometers from the mainland. Paddling along the coast of the island you will arrive at the town of Zlarin. It's a perfect place for a picnic break and some swimming. You can try out local restaurants that offer different fish dishes, explore the island’s renowned coral history or just relax on this queit island which has the benefit of no cars. Slowly finish up the day paddling among the island and the beautiful Sibenik coastline. There's an excellent view towards its remarkable fortress.

No previous kayaking experience is needed and even children from 6 years of age, accompanied by parents, can participate. The two-person sit-on-top kayaks are used which
are easy and safe to navigate. You will get a life jacket and a paddle, plus one dry bag per boat for your personal items (cameras, drinks, etc.). Don’t forget to bring shorts or a bathing suit, a T-shirt, a towel, sun cream and water. In case of colder weather you'll need to take a long-sleeved shirt.

Weather: the summers are typically warm and sunny.  From May to October temperatures are comfortable for hiking, paddling, and swimming. Rain is always a possibility in Croatia so it is essential to bring adequate rain wear and a jacket in case of inclement weather.

Group size: Min 4 – Max 16 people per group.
Note: if the group has less than 4 people signed up and you still wish to do the trip rather than cancel, a supplement is applicable.

Cancellation: In the unlikely case of extreme weather conditions, the activity will be rescheduled for a day or two after the date booked, if possible. If rescheduling is not possible, payment will be refunded in full.
