Situated on the sandy beach of Xi and 6km from Lixouri Town this hotel enjoys a superb waterfront setting and offers amazing views across to Zakynthos. The hotel has 139 rooms located in 2 buildings either side of the main building where reception can be found.

Rooms have twin beds with TV, radio, telephone, air conditioning (midday - midnight July and August only, no extra charge)  and balcony. All rooms have a view of the front of the hotel or over the pool. The rooms are a reasonable size - it is possible to put a third bed in rooms but it may be a little tight for space. The hotel is refurbishing 20 large rooms on the ground floor which have 2 twin beds and bunk beds - sleeping 4.

Hotel facilities:

Reception is large and above it there is a spacious lounge with a bar - seating is also available on the terrace.

The kidney-shaped swimming pool is large and there is a separate children's pool beside the main one. Sunbeds and parasols are available. Beside the pool there is a pool bar/restaurant; there is also a children's playground and a tennis court.  There is a shop and a taverna on the beach, which is about 2-minute walk away.

A well-stocked shop can be found between the main building and one of the wings.

The hotel has pedaloes and canoes; available locally through another company is windsurfing and Jet Ski. Mountain bikes can be hired as well. Horse riding and sailing can also be arranged This hotel has the only bowling green in Greece and has competitions each May and October.

Car hire is recommended to explore the beautiful countryside and beaches.
