Prices - our prices are similar to or quite often cheaper than our internet competitors or booking directly and significantly cheaper than those producing expensive brochures whilst our service, knowledge and after sales care is second to none. Security - Rediscover the World is a member of the TTA (T6816), we also hold our own ATOL bond (T7172). We therefore provide full financial security and assistance should any part of your holiday not happen entirely to plan. If you were to assemble your holiday yourself you may not have this sort of protection.

Located in the heart of the Medina this truly is a charmingly authentic residence. Just 15 mins walk to Djemma El Fna and with views of Atlas Mts from sun terrace this is an excellent mid-price choice. There is also an excellent chef for meals on request at the Riad.

Situated in the northern sector of the Medina the Riad El Ouarda allows the visitor to familiarise themselves with some of the less well known but equally fascinating parts of this historic city. Just a short walk though brings you back to the 'beaten track' at the Ben Youssef Medersa and the Museum of Marrakech in the very centre of the Medina.

The Riad el Ouarda is a noble home refurbished from a magnificent 17th Century Palace whose traditional Moroccan splendour has been enhanced to the highest standards. Its simple facade reveals a rich interior whose original architecture of subtle colours and zelliges make it a place of outstanding beauty.

Accommodation:

Five deluxe bedrooms and four open-plan suites with double beds, en suite bathrooms and are spacious and comfortably and authentically furnished. Three new suites were added in 2003, one is duplex style and all three share a small courtyard - refurbished in an annexe to the main riad, accessed via a separate antrance and joined across the roof terrace.

Ground Floor:
Oriental Room (double, steps to bathroom withshower, small lounge area)		Zellige Suite (king size double bed, twin possible, lounge area with fireplace; can take a third person)
Bali Room (double)		Sahara Suite (king size double, open-plan suite, bathroom separated by curtain has large bath tub and shower, WC separate room, shares private patio with Aman suite)

Kaftan Suite (King Size double, open-plan suite with dressing room, seating area, fireplace. Large bathroom with two basins, WC, large bath and skylight. Can take an extra bed)		Aman Suite (king size double, open-plan suite, bathroom separated by curtain, WC separate room)
El Mehdi Suite (double bed, duplex suite with sleeping area on upper level).

Facilities:            

A superb roof top terrace, lots of different levels offering seclusion if required. Here there are opportunities for sampling the excellent Moroccan cuisine on offer with views of the sunset over Marrakech.

There is also a new swimming pool in the main courtyard plus a salon, library and dining room which occupy the remaining areas of each floor in between the rooms and suites.
