Farmhouse Villa Rental
Casa Oraj is a renovated, rustic farmhouse on the slopes of Mount Ucka on the Croatian Istrian Peninsula, 375 metres high above the Adriatic in the hinterland of Lovran. It is part of an unspoilt wider area called Tulisevica, on a 25,000 square metre estate that houses a century-old manor.
Halfway between the peak of Mount Ucka and the sea, Oraj enjoys an unforgettable view, silences broke only by birdsong and the rustle of breezes in the trees, and seemingly endless trails through centennial forests on all sides, down to millennial caves far below. Above, at the peak of Mount Ucka, the lights of Venice can be seen after rain. Below, across the Adriatic Gulf of Kvarner, are the islands of the Cres-Losinj archipelago and, beyond, the heights of Mount Velebit. This is known as the Gulf of Wellbeing.

Accomodation: The Villa offers six spacious and well-equipped suites, individually decorated with elegant colors and carefully selected rich fabrics. suites on the first floor of the villa are Clement, Nicolo and Josip and suites on the second floor Ema, Isidora and Tilla. They are named after notable personalities who more than once visited this marvellous villa, or in some other way contributed to the grandeur of tourism in Lovran and the Opatija Riviera.
Clement Suite: this intimate suite on the first floor of the villa (32,58 m2) is decorated in warm red hues and the finest fabrics; with its own balcony(1,02 m2), Clement has a particular, romantic charm.
Nicolo Suite: a spacious suite on the first floor of the villa (44,73 m2), it is decorated in well-chosen blue tones and filled with light from imposing windows, with a balcony overlooking the garden, pool and sea.
Josip Suite: a substantial and distinctive green-hued suite on the first floor(36,33 m2), inspired by the villa's lush gardens and sub-tropical environment, with its spacious terrace (20,00 m2) opening to the sea.
Ema Suite: an especially peaceful, lavender-soft suite on the second floor (31,71 m2), with large windows opening out to beautiful, mature trees and shimmering sea views.
Isidora Suite: a cosy suite on the second floor of the villa (26,80 m2), decorated in tones of magnolia and cyclamen flowers, Isidora's loggia (7.20 m2) and wonderful sea view lend it a particular luxury aspect.
Tilla Suite: an ample, peaceful second floor suite (39,08 m2), decorated in gentle beige colors - with an exit to its loggia (8,78 m2) and inspired by the beach, Tilla is full of light and sea air.

Hotel Villa Astra - Spa Area
The spa area of our boutique hotel in Lovran is situated in the ground floor of the villa with an entrance to the garden and a heated pool. It includes a covered outside relax area with a fresh juices bar. In three separate areas are: a Flotation Tank and steam bath; relaxation room; and treatments room with direct access to the pool. Each room has on the walls different cosmograms which fuels the entire spa area with natural energy. Movie evenings are organized in the relaxation room as well as discussions about sustainable lifestyles and other topics of interest.
