A charming property, consisting of 2 studios and 4 apartments set on the ground and top floors in two separate buildings. The complex has its own swimming pool set in a well presented garden with conifers ensuring privacy from the road and nearby buildings.The Ariti is an ideal choice for couples and families as it is in an excellent position to fully enjoy all the resort's amenities. The apartments are close to the centre of the village (aproximately 300 metres) yet they are far enough away not to be disturbed by the hustle and bustle. Nicely furnished and fairly spacious, each studio and apartment has either a balcony or small terrace. Kassiopi's main shingle beach is approximately 300 metres away and a varied selection of shops, bars and restaurants are almost on your doorstep.
Ariti I: This property consists of 2 studios and 2 two bedroom apartments, all with private bathroom with shower and WC, kitchenettes and balconies or terraces.
Ariti II: Apartments consist of 1 two bedroom apartment on the lower floor and a three bedroom apartment on the top floor. The top floor apartment has one double and two twin rooms, a spacious lounge area, a bath and also a full kitchen - including full size oven, 4 rings, double sink, 'fridge/freezer, kettle and dining area. The lower apartment has a patio at the front and the top apartment has a balconies at the front and back.
Guests at the Ariti enjoy the benefits of a medium sized swimming pool on site with sun beds and small surrounding terrace area . All units have air-conditioning/heating (payable locally).
