A small village on the North East coast of Corfu with one of the most picturesque fishing harbours on the island. Dominated by the ruins of an old Angevine castle built in the 11th century, set in a small bay and flanked by low lying hills. An ideal holiday spot for everyone, Kassiopi offers a good variety of nightlife and entertainment - dotted around the picturesque harbour is a variety of bars, cafes and tavernas. A further selection of bars and shops can be found along the main street leading from the harbour. By contrast you do not have to stray too far to find a quiet spot to enjoy Greek life and the stunning views in all directions. There are several pebbly bays in and around Kassiopi and a large shingle beach offering watersports. Alternatively you can reach several other beaches and resorts quite easily by boat or car.
Corfu is available as part of a wholly tailor-made holiday which can include combining a stay here with another coastal resort of your choice or even Corfu Town for a few nights; you could also consider traveling to the mainland and visiting Sivota, Parga or Lefkas.
