Below we have put together details of the most popular routes undertaken by Rediscover the World's clients over the last decade. We also have great pleasure in offering you the opportunity to experience Morocco on any one of these routes accompanied by one of our excellent team of English-speaking drivers as a private chauffeur and ad hoc guide. An interesting alternative is for one of our English-speaking National Guides to accompany you on a rail tour of Morocco - this is a unique service to Rediscover.

			Reservations - All our holidays are tailor-made so please feel free to request any combination of hotels, riads or tours for your own holiday. The minimum reservation for our accommodation only service is 3 nights in total, although not necessarily at same property. Simply contact us by phone or email or complete one of our enquiry forms. Why Rediscover? - All our reservations staff have worked in Morocco (or visited extensively) and will be more than happy to offer advice and suggestions on any of our featured destinations, tours and properties. Prices - our prices are similar to or quite often cheaper than our internet competitors or booking directly and significantly cheaper than those producing expensive brochures whilst our service, knowledge and after sales care is second to none. Security - Rediscover the World is a member of the TTA (T6816), we also hold our own ATOL bond (T7172). We therefore provide full financial security and assistance should any part of your holiday not happen entirely to plan. If you were to assemble your holiday yourself you may not have this sort of protection.

With our excellent prices for car rental, Morocco is opening up to some quite unique holiday experiences. Roads are pretty good in most places, even in the mountains and desert areas they are mostly asphalted. We do not recommend driving at night though as headlights can be optional and safety barriers on some mountain roads are non-existent. We have all driven extensively around Morocco and will be happy to share our experiences with you if you are at all unsure about self-drive or your chosen route.

NB: All of these itineraries and more can be taken with the services of one of our English-Speaking drivers (or a National Guide). They will drive any type of vehicle at a flat rate of approx. £50 per day per vehicle which includes your driver's food and lodging.

Route no.2 - DESERT CIRCUIT FROM MARRAKECH

* Marrakech - Ouarzazate (via Tizi 'n' Tichka) - Merzouga (desert camp) - Tineghir (Todra Gorge) - Skoura - Marrakech *

In brief

Day 1 - arr. into Marrakech - private transfer to your hotel - stay 1nt at Hotel Tichka or similar.
Day 2 - take delivery of hire car (Group C with a/c) - head south across High Atlas Mtns via Tizi n Tichka and Kasbahs of Telouet and Ait Ben Haddou (UNESCO). - stay 1nt at Les Tourmalines, overlooking lake near Ouarzazate.

Day 3 to 5 - DESERT CIRCUIT (pt.1) - drive along Draa Valley to Agdz then along southern route to N'Kob (possible overnight stay at Kasbah Baha Baha) and onwards to Erfoud (Kasbah Tizimi). - overnight excursion into the Sahara at Erg Chebbi (camel meharee and desert camp). - return from desert and freshen up at Auberge du Sud on edge of dunes; onward drive to Marrakech via a combination of places - see below...

Day 5 to 7 - DESERT CIRCUIT (pt.2) - completing circuit to Marrakech via visits and / or stays at some of the following places: * Tineghir (Todra Gorge) - Kenzi Saghro Hotel * Boumalne (Dades Valley) - Kasbah Tizzarouine * Skoura (Oasis of Skoura) - Kasbah Ben Moro / Les Tourmaline * Ouarzazate (kasbahs) - Mercure Hotel / Maison d'hote I Roccha

Day 7 to 9 - onward drive down to Marrakech, drop off hire car. - stay 3nts at your choice of accommodation (e.g. Riad el Ouarda, Riad Les Trois Mages, Hotel Tichka) - sightseeing in Marrakech - NB. If you keep the car then you could visit the coast at Essaouira for a day trip. Alternatively, you can visit on an excursion arranged through our local representative.
