This property is set in its own gardens surrounded by olive groves, just off the main road heading down to the sand and shingle beach of Valtos - a 600m walk away.This property has a new pool (2008) with sun terrace. In the opposite direction is the small road passing a selection of tavernas and leading to the Venetian Castle with its spectacular views over the town and harbour of Parga. The nearest taverna is 200m away with the castle a further 400m away.

Parga can be reached from the castle down a number of steps and a small path leading to the shops and the harbour. This property is not recommended for anyone with walking difficulties or the elderly.

All studios have balconies with full or partial sea views through the olive groves. Rooms have twin beds plus extra sofa bed for children under 12, TV and safe deposit boxes (payable locally). All studios have a fully equipped kitchenette with fridge, coffee making facilities and a small two ring hob suitable for light meals. All rooms have private shower and WC.

*Please note that this property is mid-way between Parga Town and Valtos Beach.
