			Reservations - All our holidays are tailor-made so please feel free to request any combination of hotels, riads or tours for your own holiday. The minimum reservation for our accommodation only service is 3 nights in total, although not necessarily at same property. Simply contact us by phone or email or complete one of our enquiry forms. Why Rediscover? - All our reservations staff have worked in Morocco (or visited extensively) and will be more than happy to offer advice and suggestions on any of our featured destinations, tours and properties. Prices - our prices are similar to or quite often cheaper than our internet competitors or booking directly and significantly cheaper than those producing expensive brochures whilst our service, knowledge and after sales care is second to none. Security - Rediscover the World is a member of the TTA (T6816), we also hold our own ATOL bond (T7172). We therefore provide full financial security and assistance should any part of your holiday not happen entirely to plan. If you were to assemble your holiday yourself you may not have this sort of protection.

The Douar is the traditional dwelling of the Berber villagers. This particular property, built in stone, has been lovingly restored by Jacqueline using local craftsmen and materials. Rooms and facilities are of hotel standard but at an altitude of 1850 m they offer a true insight into Berber life.

The Kasbah / Douar Samra is an ideal place to stay before and / or after one of our hikes and treks in the High Atlas, beforehand it offers some acclimatisation to the altitude and a relaxed start to the day; afterwards it offers a hot shower and a comfy bed without the transfer back to the hustle and bustle of Marrakech. 

Accommodation:

The house consists of 4 bedrooms and three new family suites.

Yan - double room with fireplace, bathroom with shower and WC, balcony.

Sin - double with fireplace, bathroom with shower and WC, balcony.

Kran - double with fireplace, bathroom with shower and WC.

Kus - double, bathroom with shower and WC - can be set up as a twin or triple (with extra single bed)

The family suites in the annexe are:

Mouss - 4 single beds

Sdes - 3 single beds

Sbat - 1 double and 1 single

Luggage will be carried to the Samra by mule from Imlil centre - a small charge per mule applies; one mule per 2 persons is usually sufficient.

Dining room:

The dining room is at the top of the kasbah and is a colourful, friendly place to enjoy the good home cooking, as with all rooms a roaring fire awaits you in winter.

Terrace:

The roof terraces are a perfect place to relax and enjoy the sun and scenery, the staff will bring a drink or your breakfast up to avoid missing anything.

Garden:

Jacqueline has a passion for her garden, she is planting new flowers and vegetables all the time and is quite proud of her "English" lawn.

Views:

From the balconies and roof terraces there are fine views of the valley opposite including the village of Imlil below and the peaks towards the Toubkal summit to the south, snow-capped for much of the year.

Berber cuisine, a hammam, 2 lounges and a delightful panoramic terrace and garden are all at your disposal.

Rooms offered on Half Board or Full Board basis.
