Sivota is such a beautiful place, it is quite conceivable you may wish to come back and stay forever. Accommodation here is of a high quality; we offer some personally selected self catering studios, apartments and a superb friendly hotel, located either near the harbour or around the secluded coves and beaches just a few minutes from the harbour.

Such a stunning and relatively unspoilt place is hard to find but Sivota, facing the islands of Corfu and Paxos from the Epirus coast, fits that bill perfectly. Arriving at Sivota from either Preveza Airport or Igoumenitsa port (flights to Corfu and short ferry) you will pass through the lush, undeveloped Epirot landscape with small villages, deserted beaches and a dramatic mountain backdrop.

There are a number of high quality and great value tavernas on the harbour front as well as grills (Psistarias) and other restaurants further back along the 'main road'. If you are self-catering there are two good bakeries, a greengrocer and a few supermarkets to obtain good quality, fresh food. Sivota is not a large resort although it does have a few shops for holiday items and gifts. Sivota is ideally located for twin centre holidays with the nearby resorts of Parga and Lefkas.

The Edem studios are located in a very peaceful location surrounded by olive trees and enjoying sea views. It is only 70m to the beach and 10-15 minutes to the harbour.
Grivas Apartments	Alkyon Apartments	Villa Victoria
The Grivas is set back from the main street along a quiet lane just three minutes from the harbour. Simple, very clean studios offering great value for money in this pretty resort.	A new property, just a short walk from Sivota's beautiful harbour. Furnished to a high quality with a swimming pool all in a large garden area. The architecture is arranged so that all units have a sea view balcony, ideal for families.	The Victoria is located in a very pleasant, quiet area of Sivota just 500m to both the nearest beach and the harbour front and 5 minutes to the shops. In our opinion it is a great option for couples or families with older children.
Hotel Albatross	Hotel Sivota	Angela
The friendly Hotel Albatross is recommended for its facilities and its central location.	The Hotel Sivota is a good choice for families - it has a large pool and garden, ideal for children. It is also centrally located, just 30m from the shops and 400m from the harbour front.	The Villa Angela is just 10 minutes from the harbour front of Sivota. It has a large garden and comprises 4 studios, 2 one-bedroom apartments and 2 two-bedroom apartments. Ideal for families.
