"stylish if not swanky city centre hotel just off the port, ideally located. Room (number 10) was very nice with a huge bed on a upper mezzanine floor. Only problem was the stairs to the bed area were wide, polished wood and without a handrail, not good for one of us who has slight balance problems and needs to get up in the night to go to the loo. Hotel were a little stuck as they were completely full but made up a sofa bed next to the bathroom as a resolution. If using this hotel again it would be worth checking that customers are fit enough to negotiate stairs in the night or making sure they are allocated a room without a mezzanine floor (?)"
