"Hotel Perla in Dubrovnik was lovely. It was only small and not very glamorous but it was in a really good location, lovely and clean and comfortable and with just the right amount of holiday atmosphere in the locality to make you feel you weren't in a town centre. There was an easy walk directly from the hotel along the coastline or to the bus stop to get us in into the old town. The receptionists were exceptionally nice and helpful and couldn't have done more. "
