"We are situated in the north western Istrian peninsula at 275m above sea level, with a view of the Alps and the Dolomites on one side and the lush greenery of pristine nature and a beautiful sea panorama on the other. Our vineyards are located on Stancija hill near our winery in Kanedolo near Momjan. The soil consists mainly of clay and is rich in marl, which gives the wines their special characteristics. Our hard work in the vineyards results in grapes that are a reflection of our region and climate. There can be no great wine without quality grapes. This means that the preparation of a good wine begins in the vineyard. We pour these grapes into your glass, revealing all the goodness and charm of the Momjan region, captured in the drops of Kabola wines."

The Buzeštine forest, habitat of the king of the gastronomy – truffles, like the station of this non-trivial underground fungus is the unfailing sources of ideas, but in the end the tasting room is on the family estate, where  there is the seat that presents the courageous truffle – and seekers finding pleasure in consuming truffle products-along with delicious desserts and good wines.

Includes: wine tasting in 2 wineries accompanied by guide, three-course brunch at the truffle hunting family’s house (learn about the history and the styles of winemaking in Istria, the indigenous grape varieties, soils and microclimates and basics of pairing with signature Istrian dishes).
