Some of Croatia's best wines come from here, from these vineyards that have been cultivated for generations. The force of the southern jugo wind, the permanence of the rocky island, the fragrance of salt – all of this can be sensed in the wines, thanks to the great desire and efforts that these vineyards demand.
KONOBA - there is a cosy ambience at the Boškinac konoba; the menu features local specialities such as the world famous Pag cheese, prosciutto and salted anchovies. In the konoba, a symbol of Dalmatian identity and culinary culture, only the best culinary delights and flavours of the region are offered, meaning locally grown, original foods in harmony with the Mediterranean culture of living, dishes from the grill, prepared under the baking lid (pod pekom) or in the bread oven. The key to the konoba door even today keeps the scents of newly opened barrels, the sparkle of the olive oils and the flavours and fragrances of Dalmatian specialities.
