About Hotel Zabljak
In the region of Zabjlak, HM Durmitor has been working in tourism since 2004 and now operates the Hotel Zabljak, the restaurant Momcilov Grad and their own organic farm. This four star Hotel was renovated in 2012 and is located in the town centre, facing the peak of Durmitor. Since its opening it has been a place of serenity and leisure for tourists from all over the world, enjoying the beautiful alpine landscape.
Accommodation: the Hotel offers 26 modern rooms, consisting of 7 studio apartments, 4 suites, 12 double-bedrooms and 2 twin-bedrooms. Each of them being designed to the highest aesthetics and including a mini bar, a safe, a luxury bathroom, cable TV, a telephone and free internet connection.
Facilities: Parking spaces are provided for hotel guests traveling by car. To make your stay even more delightful, the Hotel offers a mini spa, where guests can enjoy a Jacuzzi bath, sauna, gym session and a relaxing massage. An indoor playroom is provided for children. The hotel includes a restaurant where a wide range of national dishes and international dishes are served. Next to the hotel restaurant, the relaxing Café-Bar Meded is best for enjoying a sunny day on the hotel’s own terrace.
The restaurant “Momcilov Grad” is located between the seven peaks at an altitude of 1850m above sea level. It provides a delightful and unique experience of the surrounding national park. The tradition of the restaurant consists of serving the freshest produce from the company’s own organic farm and offering national specialties, making it a truly gourmet treat.
The farm consists of 700 sheep producing certified organic products, such as sheep and lamb meat, sheep milk cream and skimmed sheep milk cheese, known as “Prlja and Saljevak”. The farm is considered one of the largest in the entire Balkans. The yearly production amounts to 1 tonne of cream, 2 tonne of Prlja cheese and 500kg of Saljevak.
